The Reef NWS

The Reef NWS ($36) is part of project BLUE which is an effort by six of the worlds most successful surf brands to raise money for the grass roots foundation called Surfrider. The six companies give a portion of their profits to the Surfrider Foundation spends all its efforts protecting our oceans, waves and beaches. The Reef NWS falls under the Reef Redemption line which aims to design and produce a sandal of Reef's famous quality comfort with minimal waste. For example the sandle straps are made of interlocking pieces to make the most of the material and use the least waste. All embroidered logos are stiched with recyled PET and the sole is made of 51 percent post industrial recycled EVA and is held together with water based adhesives. So wear these ocean loving sandals on your next surf outing and just maybe, the ocean will love you back.
